RAPID REHOUSING
During the assessment period, clients work with a Housing Advocate to identify and develop goals towards housing sustainability. The rapid rehousing program provides intensive case management which can include: life skills training, budgeting, employment support, tenant/landlord mediation, and referrals to community partners. Once housed, clients continue to work on increasing their long-term housing stability with the support of their Housing Advocate.

Individuals are referred by the Service Coordinator of the Coordinated Entry System from a list of households that have been identified as being street homeless.
